Katherine Vinuya finished her Juris Doctor Degree from Ateneo de Manila University Philippines in the year 2005. She then went on to work as a Legal Researcher & Writer at the Court of Appeals Manila for a few years handling mostly labour cases.

In 2010, she, together with her young family, migrated to Sydney, Australia. In 2016, she was admitted as a solicitor in NSW after completing the Diploma in Law course at the Legal Profession Admission Board. Since her admission, she has had the opportunity to work in various suburban legal firms working in the field of Conveyancing.

In 2019, she then joined Abad & Villanueva Solicitors where she further expanded her experience and expertise in Conveyancing by handling purchase and sale of residential properties and businesses and lease of commercial/retail premises. She also ventured into the field of Wills & Estate, and Family Law.

In the year 2024, Katherine started her own legal practice by establishing Vinuya & Associates where she continues to deliver legal services in the field of Conveyancing, Wills & Estate, and Family Law.
